Out of 125 cities across the United States, the Sunshine State nabbed 11 of the best places to live in the United States, according to U.S. News & World Report.
The highest ranking Florida city on the annual list is Melbourne, coming in at 29th; Port St. Lucie came in at No. 79.
….That data was was categorized into five indexes — job market, value, quality of life, desirability and net migration — and then evaluated using a methodology determined by Americans’ preferences. The percent weighting for each index follows the answers from a public survey in which Americans voted for what they believed was the most important thing to consider when thinking about moving.
