Self Esteem / Attitude – Rockledge

Like any skill, improving your Self-Esteem requires time and practice. This workshop is designed to introduce Positive Thinking Activities and Positive Thought Strategies towards developing good self-esteem by encouraging a positive and realistic attitude towards yourself and world around you.
