WORKSHOP: Getting the Most Out of Your Registration on EmployFlorida.com
Participants will learn how to get the most out of a complete registration on EmployFlorida.com (EFM) including background information, obtaining job skills, and automated resume building. The objective is to have a complete registration in EFM to be properly matched to job openings. Please bring a draft resume, along with your username and password to EFM.

WORKSHOP: Resumé Writing
Evaluate your skills to provide career direction; critique and develop a value-based resume that speaks to the job description and the EMPLOYER; and learn about a Resumé Portfolio.
WORKSHOP: Biz Launch
A networking, support and skill building group for those with an entrepreneurial spirit. Share, discuss and explore solutions in real-time. Topical presentations and workshops facilitated by business professionals and successful entrepreneurs will provide the tools needed to go from business idea to launch. Seating is limited; registration is available one week in advance.
WORKSHOP: Resumé Lab
This workshop is designed to assist individuals who have completed their resumes at our Resumé Writing Workshop and will offer the opportunity to work one on one with a CareerSource Brevard staff member who will review and recommend changes to produce a finished product. All students are required to have both a hard copy of job description(s) and a hard copy of their resume. Seating is limited to 6. Pre-registration is required.

It encourages its 160 million users to find new opportunities in their journey toward a new career or establish a working network that will support an existing endeavor. Everyone over the age of 20 should have a LinkedIn account. Learn how to complete a PROPER profile and make yourself highly visible to prospective employers. This class will also guide you on how to network and gather contacts for your job campaign as well as help you understand how to use LinkedIn to your advantage as a job seeker, and how recruiters search for candidates.
