Have a simple question and want a quick response? Use this form.
All fields are required.
But if you are a Job Seeker, the best route is to use our Easy Connect form.
This EASY CONNECT FORM gives you a quick way to get in touch, ask a question and get acquainted, but there is nothing better than making an appointment and getting face-to-face with the people at CareerSource Brevard’s Veterans Services Program who can help you. There are lots of options and ways to start.
DD FORM 214
If you are claiming veteran preference for Federal, State, County or Municipal positions, the only documentation acceptable for this is the DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty. If you do not have your DD Form 214, copy 4 (member copy), please ask one of the veterans staff to provide you with a request form SF180.
When you initially report to a CareerSource Brevard career center, one of our associates will instruct you on the registration process. You will be asked to enter your employment history, job skills, salary and personal desires into the statewide Employ Florida information system. As local employers list jobs, veteran applicant files are searched to find qualified veterans. If a qualified veteran matches the employer’s desired skills, a veteran representative will make every attempt to contact the veteran. Additionally, a CareerSource Brevard representative is available for job assistance, counseling and any other veteran related issues.
