The revival along Florida’s Space Coast continues as an impressive reminder of the power and potential of high tech industry. Launches from the Space Coast have
become almost commonplace again with SpaceX, Blue Origin and United Launch Alliance busy delivering payloads to the International Space Station and pushing
commercial and military satellites into orbit. Now, a Denver aerospace and software engineering firm has committed to spearhead a rejuvenation project for Historic Downtown Titusville. Red Canyon Software, Inc. has pledged to bring 20 jobs with an average annual wage of $55,000 to a revitalized Walker Bank and Apartment building as its first regional office outside of Colorado.

The combination of their revitalization efforts, job creation initiatives, and unique talent attraction approach, has been dubbed the Launch Now project. The revitalization plans include 20-24 boutique-style apartments, which will provide housing for the company’s employees, as well as a collaborative workspace for the development of new software and other technologies for the aerospace industry.
“We believe Titusville is uniquely positioned to become the Silicon Valley of Space 2.0. We are exhilarated with the opportunity to revitalize a historic
building of this grandeur into vibrant spaces fueled by innovative technology,” stated Barry Hamilton, founder and CEO of Red Canyon. “Ultimately, though,
buildings are about the people who live in them, work in them, and partake in their greater community. Red Canyon’s Launch Now project seeks to become
a catalyst for the whole community of Titusville, one that will stimulate exciting dialog about our future and ways in which we all unite.”
