WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

Whether its young adults, older workers, veterans and military families, the underemployed or individuals with disabilities, attendees will learn how to hire and retain employees that have barriers to employment. This includes such challenges as transportation, childcare, disabilities, or legal responsibilities – barriers that often keep worthy candidates from being considered for employment.

Learn the facts, stats, and myths surrounding employees with justice involvement, and hear from experts about the best practices and resources available for both employers and employees. Many businesses are succeeding by choosing to consider this population of qualified individuals. Your company can, too! Join us to learn more.
