Truth Revealed Ministries Launches Spring Job Club

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA-On February 5, Truth Revealed Ministries, in partnership with Brevard Workforce’s Faith in the Future program, will launch its Spring Job Club in Palm Bay, FL.  This 10-week job club, where networking, guidance and job seeker skills are taught, is the second one offered by Truth Revealed Ministries and will cover more than 20 topics, including how to use the most current job search tools and techniques.

Jobseekers who are unemployed, underemployed or in a job transition are invited to attend the weekly meetings— Tuesdays, 6pm to 8pm through April 9, in the Fellowship Hall. The event is open to the public and is free of charge.

During the job club, members set goals, take career assessments, learn how to match their interests with in-demand career fields, find employers, create winning resumes and cover letters, and use 21st century tools and techniques to search for and find jobs.

To reach a wider pool of available employers, club members will become fully registered with Employ Florida Marketplace.  National studies have shown that participating in a results-oriented job club is one of the most effective methods to find a job. These small “clubs” provide jobseekers with customized information, support and a higher rate of success than can be found searching alone. These settings also offer the “personal touch” and critical momentum to help jobseekers  achieve success.
