2017 AIM Summer Internship Program

The AIM Young Adult Summer Internship Program is an opportunity for young adults interested in the manufacturing field to be connected with local manufacturers for a summer internship opportunity. Changing the perception of manufacturing jobs is critical to building a skilled talent pipeline for Brevard. This program is meant to do just that!  For a minimum of 6 weeks, the young adults work in a hands-on learning environment, gaining experience in their interested industry and learning about the operations of a manufacturing plant.

Career Readiness training has begun for the 2017 Summer interns and internships will begin at the end of  June, where interns will be working in manufacturing facilities- gaining insight into possible career choices.
