Disaster Recovery Center in Cocoa

BREVARD COUNTY, FL. — A Disaster Recovery Center opened at the UF/IFAS Agricultural Center, 3695 Lake Drive in Cocoa, in response to Hurricane Irma.  The center is open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Center will house representatives from FEMA, the US Army Corps of Engineers’ Operation Blue Roof program, the Small Business Administration, CareerSource Brevard’s disaster unemployment program, United Way of Brevard and Florida Department of Children & Families.

Residents who need assistance with roof tarps, filing for FEMA assistance, applying for low-interest loans, registering for disaster unemployment programs, obtaining information about the disaster food stamp program, or other programs, may visit this DRC location for aid.

There is no charge for any of the services.
