Florida Atlantic Workforce Alliance – Industry Councils Meeting Scheduled for September 27, 2023.

Let’s work together to transform the future! Employers/CEOs, educators, economic development professionals, and community stakeholders in the aerospace/aviation, advanced manufacturing and IT/Cybersecurity industries are invited to a virtual meeting of the Florida Atlantic Workforce Alliance (FAWA) on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

Never has workforce development been as important to the success of businesses and regional economic prosperity as it is today. CareerSource Brevard, CareerSource Flagler Volusia, and CareerSource Research Coast would like to cordially invite you to join us for a virtual gathering of the industry councils that were established during the first Florida Atlantic Workforce Alliance Consortium.

The councils will collaborate on initiatives and actions to be taken to boost the Aerospace/Aviation, Advanced Manufacturing, and IT/Cybersecurity workforce to meet growing industry talent pipeline demands across our region. This initial meeting will set the pathway for success for the industry councils, who will meet throughout the year to discuss progress. Councils will convene again at the next FAWA consortium.

The Alliance seeks to unite and align workforce development, education, economic development, and employers to collectively boost the Aerospace/Aviation, Advanced Manufacturing, and IT/Cybersecurity workforce to meet growing industry talent pipeline demands across our region.
