Brevard County, FLORIDA – Pro football legend Fran Tarkenton will be speaking at Brevard Workforce’s BizLaunch workshop on Wednesday, March 14 at 9:30 a.m. at the Brevard Workforce career center in Rockledge (295 Barnes Blvd.).
Media members are welcome to attend.
Mr. Tarkenton, a successful entrepreneur who has launched some 20 companies since retiring from the National Football League, will speak to the roughly 60 attendees via Skype for approximately one hour. He plans to discuss his business philosophies and then open the floor for an extensive question-and-answer session.
The BizLaunch program meets weekly at the Brevard Workforce career center in Rockledge. Budding entrepreneurs attend to discuss their business ideas and learn valuable tips and insight from successful entrepreneurs from Brevard County and elsewhere.
Starting April 3 at from 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., BizLaunch will begin at the Brevard Workforce career center in Palm Bay (5275 Babcock St. NE, Suite 8B). Sessions will then be scheduled for every Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Mr. Tarkenton, who played for the Minnesota Vikings during his NFL career, has a relationship with the Foundation for Financial Wellness (FFW), a non-profit Foundation out of Denver, Colorado that has been teaching the Entrepreneur 101 curriculum to attendees of BizLaunch since August 2011.
