Orlando Business Journal awards “Best Places to Work in Central Florida” to CareerSource Brevard

Brevard, FL–CareerSource Brevard, the area authority on workforce development, was named as one of the 2015 Best Places to Work in Central Florida in the large company category by the Orlando Business Journal.

Rankings were determined by Omaha, Nebraska-based Quantum Workplace and are based on each firm’s score on an employee engagement survey. To qualify for the large company category, firms must have 100-249 local employees in Central Florida. Quantum evaluates and scores participating companies in categories ranging from team effectiveness to manager effectiveness, retention risks, alignment with company goals and more.

CareerSource Brevard was awarded along with 11 other Central Florida companies, including: Bainbridge Companies, Comprehensive Energy Services Inc., Expedia Local Expert, FBC Mortgage LLC, HNTB Corp., La Familia Pawn & Jewelry, Leland Management, McGladrey LLP, Orlando Magic, Seacoast Bank and Universal Engineering Sciences Inc.
