Paychecks for Patriots Virtual Job Fair is November 18

CareerSource Brevard is proud to announce Paychecks for Patriots, a special hiring fair dedicated to employing Florida veterans.

Over the past seven years, more than 6,280 of veteran candidates and military family members who participated in Paychecks for Patriots events across the state have gained employment.

This year, CareerSource Brevard’s Paychecks for Patriots Veterans Virtual Job Fair will take place Wednesday, November 18, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event plans to connect more military and veteran candidates to companies that recognize the value and dedication veterans can bring to their teams. This year’s event may look different than usual, but CareerSource Brevard remains committed to using technology to still allow for service members and veterans to come together with local businesses.

The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, the Florida National Guard, the Florida Department of Veterans’ Affairs and participating Florida employers are partnering with CareerSource Florida regions to connect veterans with great careers in their communities.
