LIMITED OPTION. This National Emergency Grant provides temporary employment to eligible participants for:
Projects for clean-up, demolition, repair, renovation, and reconstruction of destroyed public structures, facilities, and lands within the affected communities, as well as private non-profit properties.

- Individuals who lost a job as a consequence of Hurricane Ian receive priority OR job seekers who have been unemployed six out of the past 13 weeks
- Those receiving or who have exhausted reemployment compensation
- Spouses of active duty military, recently separated veterans, or displaced homemakers
- Self-employed individuals who become unemployed or significantly underemployed due to Hurricane Ian
Note – you will need to provide documentation to prove eligibility qualification.
