The focus of the Florida Atlantic Workforce Alliance (FAWA) is aligning efforts to ensure the workforce pipeline meets talent demands in Aerospace/Aviation, Advanced Manufacturing & IT/Cybersecurity across the region.

THIS ALLIANCE INVITES EMPLOYERS/CEOS, EDUCATORS, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROS & COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDERS TO HAVE A VOICE IN THIS IMPORTANT EFFORT.

Never has workforce development been as important to the success of businesses and regional economic prosperity as it is today. CareerSource Brevard, CareerSource Flagler Volusia, and CareerSource Research Coast invite you to be part of the solution, through the Florida Atlantic Workforce Alliance Consortium.

FAWA is a region-wide effort led by these three Workforce Development Boards.

The Alliance seeks to unite and align workforce development, education, economic development, and employers to collectively boost the Aerospace/Aviation, Advanced Manufacturing, and IT/Cybersecurity workforce to meet growing industry talent pipeline demands across our region.
